- Looking for potential suppliers and the process of registering new suppliers.- Making, sending PO, monitoring arrivals & ensuring quality and quantity according to PO.- Conduct price negotiations & quotation analysis.- Arrange & ensure timely payment schedule.- Making payment vouchers for local and import suppliers (including VAT, Income Tax Art 23, Income Tax Art 4 paragraph 2).- Making payment vouchers for cash purchase.- Monitoring material stock and submitting purchase requests based on existing stock & the following month's needs.- Updating material data & price- Making report for purchase data, stock & incoming materials- Making the waste delivery order & update data every month- Carry out receipt of incoming goods by coordinating with Exim (Bonded Area)- Coordinate with each department for the request order of each department.

1. Doing a briefing before starting work by a leader and discuss production targets, SOPs, and other information related to work.2. Packing products in accordance with the SOP set by the company.3. Ensure the quality & quantity of product packing is always in good and correct condition.4. Checking product quality before and after packing. The packing operator must ensure that the packaged product conforms to specifications and is not defective or damaged.5. Perform product weight calculations with predetermined standards and report the results of the work to the leader or supervisor.6. Make a reports and complete work reports for administrative and evaluation purposes.
