My role as an India & South Asia leader for AWS EdStart entails identifying meritorious early-stage edtech startups and nurturing them via offering financial support, diving-deep into architectural optimizations, creating GTM opportunities, and enabling VC connects. As a Program Manager with Microsoft R&D team my core responsibilities involve writing high quality feature specifications and delivering them within planned time and budget. Microoft Community Training Platform: I spent a quality time in taking Project Sangam to the market which involved pitching the product value to CXOs, creation of an adoption pipeline for engaged early adopters, working with the sales and marketing teams to progress the GTM plan into motion. Azure FarmBeats: My current set of responsibilities involve building high quality features for Project FarmBeats (Microsoft's solution for precision Agriculture), exploring new areas of improvement and deeply engaging in partnerships around the product. Also, creating success stories and case studies around how to best leverage the product.

Working on some really interesting projects at Microsoft Research India:1. 'Massively Empowered Classrooms (MEC)'- www.mecr.org, a community initiative by Microsoft Research India. An online learning platform supporting "blended learning" model, which combines the best of Learning Management System and MOOCs. The objective of this project is to understand the current education scenario in India, what works and doesn't work, in order to help improvise it. 'Research Connector'- www.researchconnector.net Bridging the gap between the academic community and the researchers. Helping students and professors to create and provide opportunities in the academic world by leveraging real-world projects. In this role my mission is to engage with the broad community of developers and drive excitement around developer related technologies thereby securing platform adoption and revenue growth through evangelism, community engagement, relationship marketing and a vibrant solutions ecosystem.

In addition to getting abreast with latest Microsoft technology tools and platforms, engaged myself in Technology Evangelism and a huge network ecosystem collaborating for Technical developments and improvements.
