Senior project manager Nuon Consultancy Group In the context of the liberalization of the energy market the administration of the utilities department and the sales department needed to be separated in all systems. All data of over 2.1 million customers needed to be migrated and corrected.• Developed a migration and data cleaning plan identifying all types of issues• Responsible for the data cleaning and conversion team and monitoring the planning and budget• managed to forecast the conversion rates in detail and reduced it to a predicted number• standardized and sanitized (N) AW data for 2.100.000 customers and contracts• Cashed in a significant amount of outstanding invoicesChange & Project Manager Infrastructure Services Supported and guided the board integrating the IT systems as part of the integration and reorganization of two infrastructure companies (total +/- 3000 fte). • supported the implementation of a new SAP based work flow management system (+/- 600 users) • Designed a future Information architecture with information managers and directors of the departments infra services, asset management and network management• Deputy Information Manager during go lives and major changes (which took place during holidays)
