I am currently tasked with creating and distributing the Permian Resources Delaware Business Unit's Monthly Excution Report. Once a year I am responsible for putting together our Business Unit's Capital Post Audit for the preivious years drilling activity. I am also responsible for coordinating and maintaing up-to-date knowledge on Reserves reporting issues, Business Plan coordination, Joint Venture Operations, and Oxy practices. Provide guidance and advise to Business Unit personnel on operational matters and coordinate with all planning personnel to ensure consistency between Reserves and Business Plans. I also create and manage the Permian Resources Business Unit's internal SharePoint site and create Spotfire reports as needed. I am very proficient in working with PEEP, PetroLook, Access, Spotfire, Excel Macros,ArcMap, SQL Developer, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting both hardware and software problems for a large corporate environment of end users and finding solutions to solve the issues and prevent them from reoccurring. Setup, configure and repair Desktops, Laptops, and Workstations as needed. Work closely with Engineers, external Help Desk, and vendor specialists in seeking solutions to equipment failures. Specialize in Mobile Device Management Deployment, Operations, and Mobile Application Testing.

Role was to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve user issues with multiple wireless broadband cellular devices. Also worked with a large network team to analyze network issues and create remedy trouble tickets as necessary. Worked to help build a large knowledge base for new devices and documented new issues when testing devices. Worked to provide both customers and users with excellent customer service.
