Functioning Office Assistant for a start up providing speech therapy services to young children. -Conducting and filing background checks for new employees-Handling and overseeing talent management related projects-Handling of compensation and employee benefits -Reviewing auditing and finalizing payroll and data entries-Assisting with training and development of employees-Assisting with creating workplace safety protocols and policies

-Observe and record documented work hours-Collect and enter data for reimbursements-Review and correct any inaccurate employee entries-Review scheduling conflicts and communicate with additional administrative personnel-Contact employees and follow up regarding payroll concerns-Address policy violations and issue company policy reminders-Maintain record of supervisory observation forms

-Request, receive and read classified documents-Utilize computer software to complete investigations-Contact general public & law enforcement agencies regarding records requests and personal questionnaires-organize, upkeep and maintain client files throughout transactions-Schedule interviews, make phone calls and obtain information from the applicant's provided references

-Serve the community by enforcing the law and providing the necessary care for victims of a crime-Analyze surroundings and make decisions quickly to ensure the safety of myself and others-Conduct criminal investigations, collecting and verifying evidence, and arresting suspects if probable cause was determined-Detective in property crimes unit: plan, handle and complete investigations to completion.-Prepare concise, accurate and thorough documentation portraying detailed findings in regard to the case-Investigate situations to determine if a crime (and what crime) has been committed-Interview suspects, victims and witnesses of a crime, obtain their statements and accurately document them-Participate in court preliminary hearings & trials
