I am a certified real estate appraiser in Washington State. My areas of expertise are the greater Seattle area, all of King County, the southern portions of Snohomish County, and the northern portions of Pierce County. Most often I work in West Seattle, Burien, Normandy Park, Des Moines, Fremont, Ballard, Maple Leaf, Green Lake, etc. I specialize in single family home and condominium appraisals including high-end, complex and waterfront properties. I started working as an appraiser in 2005 in southern California, and relocated to Washington State in early 2007, where I began working for R2 Appraisal. I have been fully certified since 2009.
