- Monitored emergency cases and children from ages (0-18) estimating 12 living in the home at all times- Assisted with CPS to conduct 1:1 appointments with family and child (weekly) - Reviewed court cases and helped implement how we wanted to proceed with the child's care- Strong understanding of Child's history, level and category of trauma, medical records, parental condition, and times they have been placed in the CPS system- Sat with child when placed to review their rights in the shelter and what to expect- Enrolled all children to the AISD school district, supported school scheduling, and specialized in private tutoring- Improvised education form home during the pandemic setting the children up for success upon their return to school (April 2021)- Supported and counseled the foster children through their trauma and current conditions - Reported expense reporting to management - Called and scheduled Dr. / Dental appointments, cooked meals, and full transportation - Reported any bruising and verbal trauma to their case managers - Improvisation during the freeze in Austin, TX and conducted a game plan on how to proceed care for the child's best interest- Reported therapist summaries to director for documenting purposes - Trained / certified through Legacy in sexual abuse training, human trafficking, basic medical needs, cultural competency, EBI, drugs in the workplace, cultural identity, incident reporting, psychotropic medication, neurobiology of complex trauma, universal precautions and blood borne pathogens, water safety, transportation, and HIP AA. - Utilized the home for creative ideas on how to bring the children together and make them feel family in a different environment

- Experience manager IRL giving guests a start to finish positive stay (i.e. checkin and check out, property tours, relationship building and service.) - Coordinated events on property — yoga retreats hosted by Outdoor Voices, wedding weekends, and engagements - Head trail guide for horseback riding and Glamping specialist

- Direct management of 25+ children with diverse backgrounds through summer programming - Working with an incredible team who centered goals through our the mission - Played games and activities while tutoring in school work- Advised the children to keep a proper positive mindset, while being a listening ear and safe space for the kids daily
