Bright Capital Advisors raises capital for real estate funds, private equity funds, joint ventures, separate accounts and private companies in addition to offering consulting services. Within the internship position, I attended meetings with US and non-US asset management firms, as well as with North American institutional investors including foundations, endowments, public pension plans, funds of funds and family offices. Some tasks included in my position were taking/finalizing meeting notes, writing manager descriptions, creating ways to organize large sums of data for quick and simple use, inputting information into Quickbooks and formulating lists of investors to contact.
