An Enrollment Counselor Specialist guides students through the entire enrollment process. Interacting with students via phone and email to ensure enrollment progress is made. An ECS examines a students goals, provides detailed program information and, designs a plan for student success. Under the direction of the Admissions Director. This role also entails research on specific topics related to enrollment, transfer students, graduation rates and more.

Heavily assisted in Residential Assistant oversight. Developed safety protocols for the Residential Halls during the COVID-19 pandemic. Guided RA’s as they operated in each individual residence hall. Oversaw and supervised end of term banquets and Resident Hall events.

Provides supervision to a staff of Resident Assistants and implements educational/social programming promoting student development and community within the residence hall, advises hall council and serves as a resource for student concerns/issues.

Implemented transformative programs aimed at the development of K-12. Guided workshops geared towards lower income families to both improve and strengthen the lives of growing students and parents.
