File, fax, copy, scan, multi-line phone lines, and email. Schedule tenant appointments for maintenance and vendors / inspections and property showings. Resolve tenants concerns and complaints. Post vacancy ads on multi-media sites such as Facebook, Letgo and Craigslist. Work closely with property manager/ management company to ensure and enforce tenant rules and regulations, follow safety procedures to promote positive resident relations. Provide superior customer service though phone, email, and in person. Maintain and update spreadsheets for vacancy, occupancy, renewals and make ready reports.
