My job duties include working with Verint, nFocus and other proprietary client based programs. I am responsible for real time monitoring of activities for 300+ staff members, as well as submitting hourly reports which include workflow status, emerging issues, and future plans to resolve those issues.

As an agent I assisted users with Order Processing and General inquiries about transactions, often working in Salesforce. I also provided technical support and general user questions via phone/email.

I was responsible for maintaining a multi station POS system as well as the network they ran on. This network also included multiple admin machines including regularly scheduled system backups and maintenance. I was in charge of maintaining a remotely accessible multi-camera security system to ensure remote monitoring as well as maintaining a IP camera beta project from a third party company. I was also in charge of creating, implementing and maintaining an inventory system of company assets.

My job duties included but were not limited to: installing and maintaining a server and database working with FMC software, as well as providing support for multiple technician devices that synced information to and from the server remotely. I was also responsible for maintaining upkeep on all office equipment including workstations, minor telecom troubleshooting, time clock system, and network troubleshooting.
