As an intern under the domestic violence Assistant District Attorney and Senior Deputy DA overseeing appellate work, key term projects included the engineering of domestic violence initiatives aimed at increases the access of up to 20% more victims to state services, preparing necessary case information for ADAs and county detectives ahead of trial, and developing the 2015 materials for country-wide veteran mentorship programs.

After being selected via highly competitive recruiting process for the role of a two-term Resident Advisor in a campus leadership position, core responsibility encapsulated the undertaking of student safety, security, academic success and college transition of 50 students under direct management into university campus life. Successfully accomplishing this aim required both the promotion of an inclusive and community-driven environment for students of all backgrounds and pioneering innovative university programming to foster community participation and promotion of Charlotte-area relationships.
