Product Implementation Specialist
Current• Serving as a Buisness Analyst by analyzing client’s business requirements and processes through document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis and thus formulating the Project Documents• Serving as Business Analyst for different internal projects on Robotic Process Automation.• Working closely with customer and project owners in backlog management and continuous delivery of features.• Working in and leading different Agile projects on customer acquisitions and diligently monitoring the team to adhere to Scrum principles, practices, and theory throughout the project• Updating Agile tracking systems (JIRA / Confluence) to provide transparency to team and stakeholders• Managing and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and assisting to remove impediments and protect team members from interruptions to maximize the productivity• Managing and providing support to update and maintain the code repository and database of various internal projects• Worked in various projects with existing customers using methodologies like waterfall and Lean (Kanban), to meet the customer requirements and expectations.• Implementing and providing support for various Amadeus Solutions as per defined scope documents.• Assisting customers with Issue resolutions and Change Requests for Amadeus Solutions, by doing necessary updates, or coordinating with Amadeus Central Team if required and documenting the same.• Performing first level of SI Testing post solution implementation and assisting customer to perform UA Testing once the solution is deployed.• Processing data on the customer usage pattern of various Amadeus solution by collecting from large and various sources and normalizing the data as required and then analyzing, visualizing the same to work with towards finding a solution for optimization and presenting it to the stake holders.
