SHE is a character- education based program, designed to empower high school aged young women as they evolve into phenomenal women of tomorrow. Our name is an acronym meaning Strong. Humble. Empowered. As we believe that these are 3 traits that every woman should embody. Our comprehensive curriculum spans over the course of a 4 year high school mentorship. Each word of SHE's acronym represents a pillar on which the foundation of our curriculum was built. We navigate each lesson through strands that focus on Social and Self awareness, Health and Beauty, and College and Career Readiness. While most programs generally focus on outward qualities, such as etiquette, professionalism or appearance at SHE we pride ourselves on serving the whole woman by developing our participants from the inside out. By instilling 9 essential character traits through the lenses of our strands, we help our girls to understand that the quality of their character matters more than any outward attributes that they cultivate.
