Cosha Joseph is an author, professional counselor and successful businesswoman. Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, she has dedicated years to serving the mental health needs of her local community. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, she continued on to obtain her Master’s degree in Professional Counseling. Cosha is currently licensed in both Texas, Georgia and Louisiana. She is also a National Certified Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Certified Anger Management Specialist. Additionally, she is the proud owner of Safe Place Counseling & Consulting PLLC (and Outpatient Behavioral Health Company) with 3 locations in Houston, Katy and San Antonio Texas.Cosha has founded several community programs such as the Young Entrepreneurship Initiative, The Millionaire Mindset Luncheon as well as the What’s it Worth Conference. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated and enjoys serving her community. In addition to her community involvement, she also serves as a life and business coach.Cosha has plans to continue bridging the gap in mental health, giving back, expanding her growing SheCounsels brand and growing her businesses.
