Responsibilities included planning and writing grant priorities, identifying evaluation criteria, researching and analyzing the extent to which grant applicants met the requirements of Personnel Preparation, Technology, Technical Assistance, and State Personnel Development Grants. • While overseeing the contract as a Contract Officer Representative, assisted in designing and developing a database and website to collect PII, student progress, and payback information.
