Independent Artist: Illustration, Self Marketed Works/Products, Private Commissions, Gallery Works

- Manage Sales staff: personal/sales goals, policy/procedures, and customer service standards.- Maintain and develop relations with dealers and vendors; products/stock, visual standards, and monthly goals and productivity.- Partner with Consignment Manager to maintain inventory levels and quality.- Contribute feedback and content to Web Office Manager for store website, and weekly subscriber e-mails.- Assist in crafting promotional materials and visual components for both daily business and sales events.- Responsible for all floor sets, merchandising and floor schematic standards.

- Build/maintain relationships with vendors and clients- Create and maintain visual displays, merchandising, and product schematics- All daily store functions: sales, ordering/stock, paperwork, opening/closing, etc.- Train staff in all aspects of job expectations/performance.- Event preparation and implementation; sales, product focuses, launches. .- Specialist in Skin Care and Imported Product Lines

- Contribute toward and monitor achievement of daily sales goals, AUS, IPT, continued high levels of customer service.- Train newly hired employees in all aspects of product and procedure.- Create and implement new learning tools and resource materials.- Taken a leadership role in our store to complete all marketing and visual directives.- Host and organize in-store events.- Follows, implements, and coaches to all store and company policy and procedures. - Responsible for achieving personal daily sales goals, stocking/merchandising, customer service, and clientele.- Opening and closing store procedures.- Event preparation and implementation.
