As a Pharmacy Intern, I worked in the administrative department during my internship. I learnt how to carry out stock taking of different types of medications in the warehouse. (e.g. need to count total quantity of medications present on the shelves) which was an skill that I acquired during my internship period. Other than stock taking, I also carried out administrative tasks along with the staff in the company. (e.g. consolidating expiry date for each of the medications into excel sheet ).Consolidating prices for different medications from medical resources that we can find online into excel sheet (intermedical Price). Apart from these admin tasks, I also worked on a telemedicine app, known as better health app. Throughout the span of two months from the start of internship, I worked on Care Plus Formulary excel sheet by doing research about the uses of medications, create categories of medications, precautions, directions for use of medications in the excel sheet, further update the list of medications before eventually uploading them into better health telemedicine app to enable customers to look up further on the functions of these medications.
