· Handle all aspects with regards to Marketing· Work closely with merchandizing team and designer team· Manage and monitor social media platform as well as work on daily updates· Deal with customer enquires and feedback accordingly in timely manner· Assist with all promotions/special events/campaigns· Look for potential supplier and plan for activities/workshops· To perform any ad-hoc tasks from time to time· Liaise and coordinate with marketing advertising agencies· Liaise and coordinate with suppliers on in-store event/activities· Prepare and follow up with Quotation & PO· Coordinate with PR Team & Social Media Agency regardless of any preparation· Assist to create SMS on upcoming promotions· Create monthly social media calendar and social media captions· Cover activities/workshops/small events for social media purposes

1. Educate Non-Chinese students such as Malay, Indian and beginners that start learning at the aged of 5 by teaching them speak and write2. Give positive feedback to students so they feel encouraged, motivated and able to build confidence in them3. Maintain positive and strong relationships with students, parents and other tutors4. Monitor students learning performance and results5. Prepare materials based on their interests and learning styles 6. Communicate with them clearly while going through discussions
