Qualification: - B Sc + M Sc ChemistryOffering 14 yrs 10m of experience in Quality Control Lab - LEAN TPM Certified, handling of various QC Instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, I R), Method Validation, Stability, Document Review, regulatory audits including USFDA and GMP Practices with leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturing firms like Biocon, Microlabs, Anthem biosciences, Essity etc.Expert knowledge:- Lead for routine analysis, planning, allotting, execution and release of intermediate and finished product.  Studies the chemical and physical properties of Drug substances, and develops and monitors chemical processes and production. Update clients about progress of project and status updates of individual stages. Develop, establish and implement processes and systems to achieve efficiency and flow. Identification and characterization of the impurities developed during the process. Maintain the QC lab as per USFDA standards. Ensure timely QC clearance of new projects and running projects with extra effort. Team Dynamics & training drive - periodic training on SOP’s, IOP’s, Protocols & general systems. Face various quality Audits by regulatory bodies in the territory & abroad. Managing and coordinating quality related activities between the departments. Conduct training for junior staff to reach the pace of organizations goals. Drive of safety processes and awareness. Build, train, manage & mentor Teams.
