She has worked in different capacities and departments of Banking during the past 30 years. She has worked in different geographical locations in India. She is interested in knowing different cultures and learning different languages which has been curated by her love for travel and reading.She is a travel freak having travelled to different countries . She has an inborne ease in speaking to people. She has good communication skills with good command in English.She has been guest speaker at various schools and banker’s training colleges. She been in the marketing department of my Bank which harnessed my communication skill towards achievement of targetted goals. Presently ,she is a Senior Branch manager, heading the branch and looking after the goal oriented quantified progress of the branch. She has been a successful negotiator as mentioned by her senior officials and have been able to crack the toughest nut specially during her tenure in debt recovery department. She looks forward to challenges and find strategic options to achieve it. She is skilled in MS office, Excel , powerpoint and word. She has a futuristic approach towards achievement of goals. She has many successful areas whe where she has converted leads into business. Being a workaholic she is a Company first, Client first approach.
