Worked actively on microbiology project titled:•Ice Nucleation by Bacteria ( completed)• Utilization of surface proteins of bacteria like ice nucleating protein (INP) of Pseudomonas syringe and Lactobacillus rhamnosus for effectively constructing a first aid for acid attack victims by combination of the obtained proteins• Handled various laboratory instruments like autoclave, spectrometer, incubator, fermenter , ELISA reader etc. During my research project i was exposed to various bioinformatic tools and websites like Origin Pro, BLAST, PubMed etc, to extract necessary data for referencing. • Had hands on experience in manuscript writing with scientific language

• Collaborated closely with senior researchers and team members to analyzeexperimental data using statistical software like Zotero, GraphPad Prism, OriginProand interpret results, contributing insights to ongoing research efforts for theresearch project entitled ‘Ice Nucleation by Bacteria’• Effective scientific communication through presentations and scientific writing• Authored sections of research papers and contributed to manuscript preparationfor peer-reviewed journals, detailing experimental methodologies, results, andimplications for microbiology and environmental science.• Presented research findings at departmental seminars and national conferences,effectively communicating scientific concepts
