As an event manager, I was directly responsible for all the logistical requirements related to the conferences and training workshops held in Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia.Key responsibilities included evaluating and finalizing event venues, negotiating with suppliers, drafting vendor contracts, designing and approving event collateral, liaising with conference speakers and sponsors as well executing the event onsite. Additional responsibilities included co-ordinating with web and brochure designers for particular events.
