Statutory Audit :• Lead the audit team for the Statutory audit of Limited, Private Limited Companies and Societies.• Involved from the stage of preparation of audit program to the final stage of prepare of annual accounts and submission to the partners. 2. Internal Audits : Lead a team for internal audits to various Companies , Educational Institutions. For most cases I was involved from the stage of preparation of audit program to the stage of discussion of the reports.3. Tax Audits : • Lead the audit team for the Tax audit of Limited, Private Limited Companies, Societies, Trusts, etc. • I am involved from the stage of preparation of audit program to the preparation of Form 3CD and submission to the partners. 4. Accounting & MIS :Taken up the assignment of accounting and preparation of MIS of various educational institutions and also the preparation of MIS for companies in the field of construction, advertising etc. 5. Bank Audits :(i) Statutory Branch Audits : Branches of Bank of India and Lord Krishna Bank,HDFC Bank (ii) Concurrent Audit : Branch of Federal Bank,Thrissur 6. Stock Audit :Stock audit of gifts shops, medicines and FMCG goods.7. Government Audits :The audits undertaken were for the certification of amount spent from the grants received from Government.8.
