-Collaborate with the Marketing Team to design and develop a new website layout with ideas and concepts to make it more user friendly.-Selling retail banking products such as, loans, checking accounts, saving accounts, credit cards, and investment options.-Managing customer portfolio, cross-selling all products and services while maintaining a professional relationship with the customers. -Communicate the benefits and advantages of our partners products to our customers to maximize sales opportunities and achieve sale standards. -Use customer persona to identify which products will benefit the customers needs. -Provide SWOT analysis to key stakeholders including company CEO.

As a senior teller at Bank of America, I was given certain duties and tasks that need to be accomplished day to day. I would greet customers; help them with any question or concerns that they might of had, take care of their banking needs, which included deposits, withdraws, account fees, CD withdrawals, temporary debit cards and etc. I had a teller box, which had any where from 20-50,000 including coins and cash, which needed to be balanced at the end of each day. I processed requests for a change of address, check orders, ordering ATM cards, etc. I refer products and services that may benefit the customer and the bank itself, as well as obtain my number of referrals I needed per day. I am also a Lobby Leader, one who greets customers, and finds out what they need help with and directs them to the correct individual, a Personal Banker, manager or Teller. I was also given tasks from my manager to do on the side to help her with her daily routines as well.
