Jeff Sheehan is Managing Partner at Trinity Capital and Foundation. He leverages more than 24 years of commercial real estate experience to direct the firm’s development, leasing, and asset management efforts.Since starting in commercial real estate in 1999, Jeff has completed more than $2.5 billion and 15 million square feet in new developments and acquisitions. Significant projects in his Trinity Capital portfolio include Research Triangle Park’s Park Point, a 652,000- SF, $380 million life science and creative office redevelopment, Eastgate 540, a 1.1 million square foot industrial development project in Raleigh, and Spark LS, a $1 billion, 1.5 million square foot life science and technology campus in RTP.Prior to joining Trinity Capital, Jeff worked for Duke Realty in Raleigh. He oversaw all operations for a 10 million square foot, Class-A office and warehouse distribution portfolio in North Carolina, Norfolk, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Baltimore, Maryland. Appointed by the governor, Jeff served as a board member of the North Carolina Department of Transportation, representing multiple counties in the Triangle.
