HealthHonors' patient adherence & compliance platform uses pharmacy and behavioral data to create personalized incentive programs for patients with chronic disease. Offered by Payers, Health Systems, Pharmacies and Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, HealthHonors' machine learning helped thousands of patients improve adherence to prescribed medicine therapy through delivery of a dynamic reinforcement (points) system. In Q4 2009, HealthHonors was acquired by Healthways (HWAY: Nasdaq - now Tivity Health; TVTY) in a cash and contingent equity transaction.

As CEO, John organically built the UK and German businesses and led M+A and licensing transactions in Spain, Mexico, South America and Japan, expanding the Pri-Med brand internationally.
