I leverage my expertise gained from over 20 years of work combined experience at commercial and social sectors in leading teams and organizations, to advise and mentor change makers, social entrepreneurs and innovators who are creating positive change in the world. Previously, I was a lead software quality assurance engineer at a top defense contractor, software developer at a silicon valley start-up and also was treasurer/Board member, outreach director at Good Shepherd South Asian Ministry where I managed the financial operations and strategy of the organization, and supported its mission of serving the South Asian community in the East Bay. I have a strong background in computer applications, computers systems management and I hold masters degree in computers complications from Andhra University, India, and a certification in social impact strategy from the University of Pennsylvania. I am passionate about using my skills and knowledge to empower others, collaborate with like-minded partners, and contribute to the common good. I am currently a partner at Silicon Valley Social Venture Fund(SV2), part of grant team at a innovative and powerful social change making start-up, Justice Vanguard (@https://www.justicevanguard.org/), and I volunteer at another powerful and impactful organization, Braven(https://braven.org/).
