I am a passionate and dedicated Facilitator, Programme Manager, Curriculum Designer with over 11 years experience in multi-national organisations in both operational and project based roles.I have many years of experience supporting global consulting and leadership development businesses to start-up and grow their footprint in Asia. I enjoy working in multi-national businesses where I can use my local knowledge to support their growth and expansion in the region.I have guided and led more than 20 groups on an exhilarating virtual mountain climbing journey. In 2022, I spearheaded facilitation efforts in Jakarta, overseeing a participant count exceeding 400. Employing a skillful blend of sound effects and props, I ensure constant engagement and captivation among participants. I believe my unique fusion of selfless compassion and well-earned pragmatism is what sets me apart. My commitment and efforts are aimed at creating a lasting and unforgettable impact on participants.I oversee and manage complex programmes for many well known organisations. In my roles I am experienced and manage the full lifecycle of any programme including client relationship development and management and all aspects of operations.My intention in my work is to always be driving innovation and delivering superior service and value for clients.
