Point of contact for CORe for all inventory fallout related issues. Independently conduct research on the specific system requirements, affected systems and develop UAT and production test cases with internal / external contacts in accordance with project requirements.Create, manage and track appropriate test cases based on project requirements Track defects / errors discovered in testing that prevented negative impacts on the VZW Supply Chain / VZW / 3PL systems. Liaison support between 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) / VZW IT contacts in development and production testing meetings / environmentsSupport SAP Rollout with written requirements, necessary testing and training as needed Partner with IT investigate system issues, design enhancements to reduce risk and identify system gapsAssist with required research and investigation on affected VZW and 3PL systems and report results for risk assessments, design and development planning. Independently work with affected contacts to develop appropriate training / procedure materials as needed / identified during scoping process. Ensure all affected OST, procedures and QRG’s are developed and updated in advance of enhancements being implemented.Support management with cost / business case analysis for project investments.
