• Conduct Internet search using Sourcing Tools like: Head Hunting, References, Job Portals (likeMonster, Dice).• Discussing with the client about the description and responsibilities for a job and the level ofperformance expectation from the candidate (expert/intermediate/Senior/Mid/Junior, etc.)• Bill Rate Negotiation• Conduct preliminary phone interviews and perform reference checks.• Develop and format resumes for effective initial presentation of the candidate to the clients• Finding and hiring candidates on the company’s payroll, W2 on an hourly or on a yearly basis.• Schedule in person / Telephonic (onsite / phone) interviews between candidate and client.• Building up good Database of candidates and clients.• Maintain accurate applicant tracking files for all the candidates considered for a specific position.• Understanding the clients requirements, coordinating for short listing and screening includingpreliminary interview of the candidates.• Finding suitable requirements for candidates on bench.• Extensive search on Internet sites for job postings.• Enhancing company’s database to be used by all recruiters for sourcing purposes.• Monitoring and follow-up till final selection.• Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different domain categories.

Assists in the assessment of patient needs and health plan by taking vital signs, blood pressure, analyze blood, urine and body fluid samples; communicate with families about patient’s condition and patient history, knowledgeable of HIPAA aspects of medical records. Pre scanning medical records, experience with electronic medical records and appointment scheduling/billing system, reviewing patient charts and interact with patients, physicians, hospital staff, members and health plan representatives on a day to day basis.
