Functional Medicine Clinic with 11 locations and growing. In my time at OnePeak Medical I have acted as a Patient Care Coordinator, Clinic Manager, Trainer, and currently working with Systems Solutions on a new EHR Implementation (NextGen). I have overseen front office operations for multiple new clinic openings as well as record all our auto attendant messages for our phone systems. I help to support all departments within our organization, including but not limited to: Front Office Staff, Clinical Staff, Providers, IT, Accounting, Facilities, Billing and Administration. I have played a key role in the development of our training programs as well as creating, modifying, and evaluating our front office workflows. I also aided in writing many of our policies and procedures for front office operations.

I worked as an Optician for ten years. We were a full service dispensary with our own casting unit, edgers and finishing equipment. We offered frame repair as well as frame replacement. I was crossed trained on all positions including but not limited to; Sales, Dispensing, Lens Casting, Lens Edging & Mounting, Lens Drilling, Lens Finishing, Frame Soldering, Frame Repair, Frame Stylist, Vision Insurance Verification & Billing, Filing, and Patient Recalls. I also recorded our Auto Attendant voice messages as well as recorded multiple radio commercials for advertising purposes for the business.
