• Overall responsibility for achieving firm’s goals and growth plans• Conducting firm’s strategic planning process and ensuring objectives are met each year• Evaluating and overseeing all business expansion opportunities• Approving all new position descriptions, new hires, promotions and any disciplinary action, including firing of employees• Reviewing and approving career roadmaps and compensation plans for staff• Overall Human Resources responsibilities• Managing strategic vendor relations and vendor contracts• Representing the firm at key community events, firm functions and other meetings• Reviewing the firm’s sales pipeline, helping refine the sales process and assisting in closing engagements, as needed (i.e. presentations)• Reviewing and approving all proposals to clients• Risk Management including, but not limited to; Establish company health and safety plan, on-site customer tours, risk evaluations, incident or near miss investigations, monthly safety newsletter awareness, monthly risk review with all internal staff, quarterly risk assessments and liaison with workers compensation provider.• Analyses of the Company’s business processes, systems and controls• Ensuring the firm is protected against risk including managing the firm’s legal interface and human resources laws.• Completion of error free weekly payroll for both offices and accounts receivables• Establish and meet or exceed annual budgets
