Before I made the huge leap into the world of recruitment, I spent over 15 years working in strategy, policy, and change management in government.Whilst I loved my work in government, I knew that I was ready for a new challenge. I wanted to use my expertise in strategy and change management to make a positive impact in people’s lives. Returning from a summer of travels across South East Asia with our young family, my partner Ricky suggested we would make a great partnership in business too, and I’m proud to say he was totally right!As the COO of PinkWorm Recruitment, I'm responsible for overseeing the recruitment process and ensuring that every candidate and client receives the highest level of service. I'm passionate about building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, making sure the people we work with feel absolutely valued and supported, and finding the best talent match.At PinkWorm we believe that everyone deserves a fair and equitable chance to succeed, regardless of their background or identity.
