She has over 20 years of experience in the field of health and nutrition, starting as a podiatrist in the NHS and the private sector.Sheena has always been passionate about complementary healthcare, natural beauty, and healthy eating. She studied nutrition at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition in London and co founded The Detox Kitchen, a company that delivers fresh and wholesome food. She also co founded the catering company Social Pantry and Ladies Of The Rise, a series of events that inspired and connected women in London.
