I began to work with clients to understand what their possible business solutions could look like and clarify their proposal briefs. This process highlighted the need that many clients had to step back, think about their businesses in a different way and in that process, unlock insights that could lead to game-changing innovation.

My focus remained on people - human performance and how this impacts business change and growth – through programmes of work with a wider scope and more complex challenges. Industry experience included Health & Public Services, Resources, Financial Services, Communications, Media and Technology. I led the Business Change and Optimisation, MI & Communications workstreams for a financial services organisation’s transformational change project working with the Board and Executive Committee.Expertise: change management, stakeholder management, learning design & development, communications, business process analysis & design as well as team leadership & coaching.

One of the largest projects I was involved in during this time centred on developing a training and assessment programme for the launch of a new government benefit programme. I was part of a team which was responsible for developing the skills and capabilities of benefit processing agents. Through the development of eLearning products and simulations, we enabled public service staff to understand the benefit programme, how it worked, who it applied to and how to process new benefit submissions as well as how to serve those who would be affected by it.
