Development Services Specialist
CurrentThe Development Services section is responsible for providing support services for development, including public records management, public notification, concurrency management, impact fee management, statistical reporting and customer service. The specialist has been tasked with responsibility of performing project and process work related to countywide land development activities. Coordinates and/or manages assigned project and process operations, digital imaging activities of land development related documents, including plans, applications and records. Coordinates and performs quality control inspections or audits on land development records. Trains, develops, supervises, and coordinates end user activities regarding document management software and land development process tracking software. Assists with management of electronic records, archive records retention scheduling and destruction notices. Researches activity related to system records and digital documents for internal and external customers. Conducts special project assignments and provides administrative support to the assigned division. Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
