For the last 3 years, I have been a successful transcriber. What started as a full-time employement at a local company eventually led to working at home as a freelance. Over the years, I have gathered all the necessary skills to deliver maximum quality output to my clients locally and abroad. Recently, my partner and I, decided to start our own company. The goal is to eventually create a company that will provide Health Information Management services. I hold a National Competency certificate for Medical Transcription. Being a graduate of Nursing, having been a volunteer EMT for the last 6 years, and after working as a medical representative, I believe I have the necessary skills, training, and experience to make this happen.At the moment, however, due to the limited capital resource, manpower, and clientele, I have decided to pursue the general transcription industry. My experience with transcription has also been mostly on this field. I am positive though that this will be a good foundation for a much robust team in the future.
