-Oversaw programmatic development, management, evaluation, and reporting for an immersive 60+ student cohort-based program offering leadership development, career development, and personalized coaching. -Developed and implemented processes for collaborating with academic advisors and other stakeholders to track student performance and communicated issues impacting students’ retention, engagement, performance, and success. -Managed $300k budget: monitored program expenses, evaluated utilization cost data, reviewed and approved requisitions. -Collaborated with Admissions Office to support yield efforts, onboard program participants and cultivate relationships with University units that support student development, engagement, persistence and success. -Researched and implemented experiential learning experiences, including the Collegiate Leadership Competition, to support scholars in enhancing their professional marketability. -Supported development & alumni relations team in fundraising efforts to secure and renew gifts of varying amounts. -Planned annual Breakthrough retreat including selecting venue, managing logistics, developing workshops, and recruiting volunteers. -Managed relationships with corporate partners to secure employer site visits and guest speakers for workshops. -Created and shared reports outlining engagement trends and programmatic updates to share with internal stakeholders. -Instructed Stern Cohort Leadership Program course for 30 incoming undergraduate business students designed to introduce them to the world of business, create space for them to reflect on their leadership style, and build strong connections with their peers. -Licensed Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory; interpret caseload of individual and group IDI profiles of intercultural competence.
