Providing director support for creative projects with mastered knowledge in design, typography, photography, layout principles, and production processes. Projects include brand development, custom illustration, web and app UI/UX design, storyboarding, video branding asset production, electronic/print book design, and other print material design.

Led as one of the four directors making up the Public Relationship, Creative, Marketing, and Engagement (PCME) Team. Responsible for ensuring successful delivery of CSD’s creative and branding assets by managing Creative team members and design processes, which included successful oversight of 15+ internal and external brand conceptualizations.

Supported CSD's Creative Director in leading projects from start to finish for internal and external clients. Responsible for mentoring graphic designers and web developers, providing hands-on support as needed for project deliverables, and supporting quality assurance via close collaboration with contracted creative talent.

Redesigned CSD’s logo and branding assets, overhauled organization and storage of all media assets, and provided oversight for other designer staff.

Collaborated with Discovering Deaf Worlds’ Executive Director and International Programs Director / Co-Founder on a wide variety of projects, including materials for DDW’s electronic newsletter, event flyers, program books, and designs for grant programs that met stringent requirements set by the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Agency for International Development.

Worked with AllOut Marketing on a wide range of projects in both print and web media for clients in the life science industry and non-profit sector. Supported web accessibility efforts for users who are Deaf, Deaf Blind and Hard of Hearing while ensuring alignment with the latest design methods and trends.

Managed incoming calls and customer service inquiries from an user base consisting of Deaf/Hard-of-hearing users of Snap!VRS' telecommunications equipment.

Developed new logo and brochures, working closely with the director of marketing and sales. Also created graphics for insertion in video productions and created artwork for Hager Production’s e-blast newsletters.
