As an Instructional Designer at Full Sail DC3, I design and develop engaging and effective learning experiences for adult learners in various fields and industries. I have over a year of experience in this role, and over nine years of combined experience as a graphic designer, curriculum developer, and instructor. I am passionate about creating eLearning courses that are interactive, immersive, and learner-centered, using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise 360, Multimedia programs, and Adobe Creative Suite. I currently collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, and stakeholders to ensure the alignment of learning objectives, content, and assessments with the needs and goals of the learners and the organization.
