Responsible for providing proactive administrative support to the CEO and COO including the preparation of correspondence, reports, spreadsheets and presentations. Managed multiple complex calendars while ensuring Executives were prepared. Handled confidential and sensitive items which required a high level of discretion, tact and professionalism. Prepared and summited business expenses. Arrange complex travel in several time zones and finalizing itineraries, flights, directions, accommodations and car rentals as required. Lead and organized special events including annual holiday parties, offsite meetings, staff retreats, catering and distribution of information and all communication with respect to the event. Provided accurate Word-processing support by composing, editing and maintaining a variety of documents including highly confidential correspondence, contracts and proposals. Ensured meeting minutes were actioned for task follow up. Managed a variety of key projects and initiatives and other duties as required.

• Provide support to the CEO, CFO and Board of Directors• Maintain Council Board records as well as document meetings• Oversee and coordinate information regarding Council affairs and activities• Review CEO’s mail and other documents and organize incoming materials by priority.
