Current• Oversee the recruitment process for all positions within the company, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.• Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve conflicts and address grievances.• Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment within office.• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with Shipping regulations and industry best practices.• Identify training needs and opportunities for career development, both for individual employees and departments.• Establish performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.• Identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans for key positions within the organization.• Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including salaries, bonuses, insurance.• Administer payroll processes accurately and in a timely manner.• Maintain records and documentation related to employee contracts and compliance requirements.• Oversee administrative functions such as office facilities management, transportation services, and office supplies procurement.• Ensure efficient and effective use of company resources, including budget management and cost control measures.• Implement safety and security protocols to protect employees and company assets.• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on HR and administrative matters.• Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to disseminate information, address concerns, and promote a culture of transparency.• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to achieve organizational objectives and resolve cross-functional issues.• Lead HR-related initiatives to support organizational change, such as restructuring, mergers, or acquisitions.• Solicit feedback from employees through surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms to gauge employee satisfaction and engagement.
