This project contain micro study of the effect of rationalization of branches post merger which had been done by SBI recently. It include the studies of 1780 branches on micro level and its effect on macro level had been jot down. The project include various facts i.e. whether the customer is satisfied with the services or not, no. of account which had been closed and the account which had been merged by the banks , reduction in rent and overhead and other relevant issues.
