Posting, Sourcing, Screening and Short-listing resumes the job requirements through different job portals like Monster.• Scheduling the candidates for the first and subsequent round of interviews.• Fixing up the Telephonic or personal interviews as required by the client. • Follow up with the candidate who attended the interview and the selected candidates.• Coordinating with leads for arranging interviews of the short listed candidates.• Preparing daily, weekly and tracker of the profiles.• Building strong relationships between organization & candidates.• Effectively maintaining and using personal network, built-up database, Internet and employee referrals for clients and candidates.

 Involved in full recruiting cycle. Sourcing CV’s from various channels such as referencing, consultancies, company’s own database, job fairs. Designing and structuring the job advertisement. Conducting Walk-ins and personal interviews. Co-ordinating with various departments for the requirement. Designing incentive structure on monthly bases. Maintaining the files of employees ( File which include all personal details of the employees)
