• Handling PMS registry:-o PMS Application verification.o Signature verification in redemption request received in PMS• Checking Mails & Advising regarding investor queries through mails or phone calls.• Preparing AUM Report and other internal reports regarding investors.• MIN Generation through CDSL Venture Ltd site for Know your customer. (Monitoring DATA entry, checkin MIN letter & signing it)• To check & make changes in application, switch, redemption forms (i.e. investor related forms)• Branch co-ordination• CAMS co-ordination

• Follow up with different Banks regarding direct credit confirmation for redemption/dividend payments. (Bank co-ordination)• Giving instructions via letters for d-credits / Pay orders to banks.• Incase of old dividend/redemption cheque, cancellation & reissue.• Checking Mails & Advising regarding investor queries to colleagues (Branch co-ordination).• CAMS co-ordination regarding redemption/dividend payments
