➢ Preparation of yearly financials, coordination with external auditors for finalization.➢ Preparation of books of accounts, bank reconciliations, accounts receivables, payables, prepayments, accruals, sales reports with Product wise, month wise, supplier wise, cost wise details, established new methods of stock reporting and maintaining.➢ Monthly sales, purchases, petty cash , overhead expenses schedules.

➢ Conducting, Preparing regular operational and internal audits on programs, policies, and activities of the department for the Real Estate and Hospitality division in compliance with policies and regulations. ➢ Manage contact with external auditors for half yearly and yearly financial audits and to ensure every department is aware of their respective areas of concern. ➢ Furnishing fair opinions on internal controls of the company.➢ Providing administrative and accounting support during yearly Audits

➢ Preparation of Interim and Annual audit including Trial balance scrutiny, year end closing entries, profit entries, carry forward entries, allocation of overheads, prepaid expenses, depreciation workings.➢ Preparing comprehensive and cumulative reports based on bifurcation of profit and loss generating outlets, investments, stock turnover ratios etc, using financial tools.➢ Analysis of profit/ loss on making charges on gold and diamonds through tag margin- further drawing up deviation reports based on such analysis.➢ Estimating yearly cost structure of newly opened Retail Outlets, Preparing closing stock valuations ➢ Coordinating and guiding Shop staff on day-to-day accounts related matters.➢ Assisted the Marketing and Promotions Team to boost sales and achieve quarterly sales targets for varied promotions, sponsorships, endorsements and other marketing strategies.
