Principal Engineer
Current Running Scrum meetings, facilitating Sprint Planning & Review meetings, Sprint Retrospective Meetings,Sprint Backlog, Story Estimation, Daily Stand-ups, Iteration & Release Planning and Reviews Establishing and enforcing Standard Test Processes and Deliverables (including defect management andquality metrics reporting) within the gated process to streamline testing and support automation & manualtesting efforts Gathering & analyzing data in support of business cases, writing test plans & scripts for tracking defectsand fixes in product development, software application, information systems and operations systems Determining operational feasibility by defining the problem, analyzing requirements, and proposingsolutions Collaborating with product owners and clients to freeze requirements and use case clarifications Reviewing project test and implementation schedules; monitoring, documenting, and reporting the currentstatus of defects for each testing cycle and overall project to the management Designing the Test Strategy & Plan for all projects; conducting review activities such as RequirementsReview, Design Review, Test Strategy Review and Test Case Review
