Given the company’s business of producing scaled-down models of real estate projects and the premium such products command, it was critical to identify, connect and liaise with decision-makers of top realty players. I not only led the initiative of reaching out to the top 20 developers in this sector across the country, but also laid out the strategic blueprint for the sales team to onboard the target clients. Towards this, among other tools, I extensively used online promotions to showcase our models, plus also managed media relations for the Founder to position him as a thought leader in the Architectural Model Making Industry.

When I joined Integral, the firm was passing through a difficult transition. I was tasked with setting up/re-starting the Mumbai office, which included scouting for the right property to hiring fellow professionals.I led the new business development initiative along with managing the everyday needs of clients – my own and of the larger network. Looking after corporate affairs was a part of my portfolio as well; here I, using my own time-honoured network, regularly organised client meetings with Maharashtra’s ministers.
