Negotiation, Order processing, purchase order creation & handling related documentation-Procurement of non-production items, services and contracts(AMC)-Sending request for quotation (RFQ) to vendors-Negotiating price and terms of products with suppliers-Material follow up, delivery & payments.-Preparation and processing of requisitions and purchase orders-Identifying cost competitive sources for required material with essential quality standards-Liaison and managing relations with internal departments/internal customers and vendors -Monitor vendor performance, vendor management and vendor rating-Preparing monthly report(MIS) of total conversion of PR to PO-Follow - up with Packaging material supplying vendors regularly for smooth flow of material -Dispatch of rejected material - Domestic as well as Over-seas supplier (Imported material)-Ensuring invoice preparation, goods dispatch note (GDN), and other required documents like Lorry receipt (LR), Road form for some places out of Maharashtra, for dispatch of rejection.-Positively achieved effective dispatch of rejection to suppliers - volume and monetarily.-Looked after reverse - logistics wherein record of dispatch and receipt of pallets was maintained
